ahemYour story and replies
The live demo sends your selected languages, level, and replies to Ahem’s story service. Relevant scene context and conversation text are sent to the AI provider to generate the next response. Avoid entering sensitive personal information.
The demo service holds scenes and recent request results temporarily in memory for up to 30 minutes. It does not create an app account or write guest transcripts into Ahem’s learning database. A server restart can end your session.
What your browser keeps
A short-lived HTTP-only cookie identifies your guest session. Session storage in your browser tab retains the scene identifier, chosen setup, and an unfinished request so a refresh can recover it. Closing a tab does not necessarily remove data if your browser restores sessions.
Choose “Change setup,” then “Clear scene” to remove the active scene from the demo service and clear its saved information in your browser. This does not delete any processing records retained by the AI provider or hosting infrastructure.
Website reading language
Your explicit language choice or dismissal of a language suggestion is stored in local storage on this browser. This preference contains no location or conversation text. It only controls suggestions; the URL you open determines the page language. You can change it with the language selector or remove it by clearing site data.
The demo also keeps your unsent draft in this tab’s session storage so a refresh or language change can restore it. If storage is unavailable, you can still practice, but changing the website language may be blocked to protect your current work.
Providers and website requests
AI replies are generated through OpenAI. Its data handling is governed by the provider’s applicable policies and the service’s account settings. Pages and scene images also make ordinary requests to the website and media hosts. This website includes no advertising, analytics, or session replay.
The mobile app
The guest demo does not transfer conversations to the mobile app. The app has a separate privacy policy.
